Good For You Massage Therapy takes an integrated approach to massage rather than offering individual modalities as separate treatments. Therapeutic massage goes beyond the typical spa experience, focusing on each client’s individual needs, goals, and areas of concern.
Each massage is customized to the client and may incorporate a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and light stretching. By integrating multiple techniques, Good For You Massage Therapy can create a treatment that is tailored to what each client’s body needs during their session.
Clients can also add hot stones to any massage or choose a sensory package for an added level of relaxation and pampering designed to help calm and soothe the nervous system.
Prenatal and postnatal massage are also available at the same rate as regular massage sessions.

Good For You Massage Therapy believes massage should be accessible to everyone looking for a natural way to manage the stress and demands of everyday modern life.
For those experiencing aches, pains, fatigue, muscle tension, or everyday stress, massage can be a valuable addition to a wellness routine. Regular massage may help reduce muscle tension and discomfort, promote relaxation, support circulation and digestion, and encourage a greater awareness and connection with the body. Many people also find that massage leaves them feeling happier, more relaxed, and refreshed.
In the stresses of daily life, it’s easy to lose touch with the body. How often does someone really stop to think about their feet or hamstrings? For many busy, working people, the answer is probably not very often. The body can easily be neglected until discomfort becomes impossible to ignore.
Why wait until the body demands attention? Incorporating massage into a regular routine provides an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the body, and give it the attention it deserves.
Human touch is a basic need, yet it is something that is often overlooked. Good For You Massage Therapy believes that touch, connection, and body awareness are important parts of overall well-being—and worth talking about.
Therapeutic Massage for Desk and Computer Work
For people who spend hours sitting at a desk or working at a computer, aches and discomfort can gradually become part of everyday life. Therapeutic massage can help address the muscle tension and physical strain associated with prolonged sitting and repetitive postural habits.
Over time, shoulders may begin to slump forward, the head can feel heavy on the neck and shoulders, and larger muscle groups may become overworked as they compensate for these changes. Neck pain, shoulder tension, back discomfort, and feeling out of alignment can all be signs that the body needs some attention.
The perception of massage as a luxury is changing. More people are recognizing massage as a way to prioritize their physical well-being and make body care part of a regular routine.
A Simple, Customized Approach
Good For You Massage Therapy keeps the massage experience simple and straightforward. Clients do not need to choose a specific type of massage before their appointment. Instead, each session is customized based on the client’s individual needs, goals, and preferences.
There is no additional charge for deeper pressure, and clients can add enhancements such as aromatherapy or hot stones to any massage.
The goal is to make therapeutic massage approachable, personalized, and accessible—giving each client an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with their body, and make massage a meaningful part of their wellness routine.

You can reach out via the contact page, email, or call or text. Expect a response quickly—usually within a few hours but always within one business day.

All sessions are based on an hourly rate and you don’t have to pay more if you want more pressure or if you would like cupping therapy. Massage should be simple and not intimidating. Optional add-ons that include hot stones and a sensory package can be added for a fee to elevate any session.

Good For You Massage Therapy takes a slower, intentional approach to massage. This personal style allows for deeper therapeutic work while maintaining a relaxing and comfortable experience. Clients often appreciate that they can receive effective, focused bodywork without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
The approach works with the nervous system rather than against it. Good For You Massage Therapy does not believe that massage has to hurt to be therapeutic. In fact, excessive discomfort is generally not recommended. The goal is to create a therapeutic experience that allows the body to relax and respond to the work. Every client is different, however, and pressure and techniques are always adjusted to individual preferences and needs.
The massage environment is designed to be calming, comfortable, and safe for communication. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback, ask questions, and communicate what feels helpful—or what does not. A little back-and-forth communication during a session can make a meaningful difference in creating an experience that feels both therapeutic and personalized.
At Good For You Massage Therapy, the goal is to provide thoughtful, effective bodywork while helping each client feel comfortable, heard, and relaxed throughout the session.
